Once A Plus Title receives your signed sales contract, we begin to collect all of the information necessary to prepare the documents for your transaction. Our abstractors perform a title and record search to ensure that all interests of the pervious owners have been properly accounted for and there are no encumbrances which may affect your enjoyment of the property. If you are using a lending agency, A Plus Title works closely with your lender to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to close your transaction smoothly.

A+ SERVICE ON CLOSING DAY
A Plus Title offers completely mobile closing services. As a company that serves a wide area we choose to make the closing more convenient for the customers by traveling to a location convenient for all those involved.

A+ SERVICE AFTER CLOSING
Once the transaction is completed and our closing agent receives approval from the necessary parties, the funds from the transaction will be dispersed. To help assist the transition into your new home we have the documents recorded in the proper offices and pay all taxes then due and owing. Following the closing a final title abstract is performed to ensure that all documents were properly recorded and all necessary releases have been filed so that no clouds of title will affect the ownership of your property.
